Privacy Notice

How information submitted through this website is handled.

Information You Provide

When you make an enquiry, we ask for your name, email address, service requirement and message. A phone number is optional. The message may include the commercial site postcode, building details and proposed work.

Please share only information relevant to the request. Avoid including sensitive personal information about staff, occupants or other people. The form also records which website the request came from.

How Enquiry Details Are Used

Your details are used to respond to the enquiry and understand the requested commercial asbestos work. With your agreement, your enquiry and contact information may be passed to a suitable local firm so that it can discuss the scope and provide a response. The form asks for that agreement before submission.

Enquiry details are not sold for unrelated marketing. A firm receiving your enquiry will handle the information under its own privacy arrangements. Ask that firm about its use of your information before providing further details or commissioning work.

Your Agreement And Your Choices

You can choose not to submit the form. Consent to share an enquiry is requested through a required checkbox, which starts unticked. You can withdraw that agreement for future sharing by sending a request through the contact form and identifying your earlier enquiry.

Withdrawal does not undo information already shared lawfully. Where another firm has received your details, contact that firm directly about its own records. This site does not ask you to agree to unrelated promotional messages.

Retention And Security

Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain relevant business records or meet applicable legal obligations. Access should be limited to people who need it to process the enquiry. No form can promise absolute security.

The website uses a secure connection when served over HTTPS. Do not put payment details, passwords or sensitive health information into the message. Requests to access, correct or delete enquiry information can be made using the contact form.

Website Features And External Services

This static site does not set advertising or analytics cookies as part of its supplied build. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to that service and may disclose technical information such as your IP address. Your browser and hosting service may also process technical request information.

Links to HSE, government and local reference pages take you to external sites with their own privacy arrangements. No external map is embedded. The coverage diagram is part of this website.

Data Protection Questions

You may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information or deletion where applicable. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and request portability. Use the contact form and describe the request without including unnecessary personal data.

You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. This notice was prepared in October 2026. Any additional services introduced during deployment should be reflected in the published notice before they begin collecting information.
